Our story
The Netiro story began in 2018 when our founder Tim Gear-Evans fell out of love with executive search.
He still loved the work, but he was tired of the pressure to sell fast answers, no matter what clients needed.
He wanted a way to get back to doing work he could be proud of – solving complex challenges.
The answer couldn’t always be executive search – it would need expertise from across the people spectrum. The Netiro way would put specialists back in control.
Partners own the work, the relationships, and the outcomes. They are free to decide what matters for their clients, and they can harness diverse expertise from the Netiro network whenever they choose.
No junior hand-offs. No corporate red tape or pressure to hit targets. Just grown-up operators doing the right thing for their clients.
